Account deletion

1. Delete your account from the app

You can permanently delete your StalkAI account at any time, directly from within the app:

1. Open the StalkAI app on your device.
2. Go to Settings (gear icon in the tab bar).
3. Tap Account.
4. Scroll to the Danger zone section at the bottom.
5. Tap Delete account.
6. Confirm the two warning dialogs.

Your account and all associated data will be removed from our active systems immediately. You will be returned to the welcome screen.

2. Alternative: request deletion by email

If you no longer have access to the app or prefer to request deletion manually, send an email to info@stalkintelligence.com including your StalkAI username and, if available, the email associated with your account. We will verify your identity, delete the account and confirm by email within 30 days (typically within 7 days).

3. Data that is permanently deleted

When you delete your account, the following data is removed from our active systems:

• User profile & identity: username, email, name, country, gender, occupation, bio.
• Birth data & derived personality data: date and time of birth, place of birth, coordinates, all computed astrological and numerological values and personality characteristics.
• Photos: all profile pictures, header images and additional photos — both originals and thumbnails — are removed from our Cloudflare R2 object storage.
• Chat history & AI-extracted data: all chat sessions, messages, and structured insights extracted from your conversations (relationships, mood entries, topics, goals, habits, values, health observations, etc.).
• Social graph: likes you sent or received, matches, follows, follow requests, social-media links, groups you created and group memberships.
• Authentication data: all device tokens are revoked and removed.
• Reports you submitted: reports you filed about other users are removed (reports filed against you may be retained for safety reasons — see section 5).

4. Data that is briefly retained after deletion

A small amount of data is retained after account deletion, in anonymised or pseudonymised form, for the limited purposes set out below:

• API request logs: kept for up to 90 days, with the user reference set to NULL (anonymised), for security, abuse prevention and operational diagnostics.
• Moderation actions: if any moderation action has been taken on your account, the action record may be retained as long as required by law and to keep our users safe.
• Backups: our standard backups are overwritten within the regular backup-rotation cycle. No targeted restoration of your data is performed.

5. Timeframe

• Active systems: all account data listed in section 4 is removed immediately when you tap "Delete account" in the app, and within 30 days for email-based requests.
• Backups: overwritten in the ordinary course of our backup rotation.
• Anonymised logs: automatically purged after 90 days.

6. After deletion

Account deletion is irreversible. We cannot restore deleted accounts. You are welcome to create a new StalkAI account at any time by reinstalling the app and completing the onboarding flow again.
